QUALIFICATION:
Degree in Engineering (Chemical /Mechanical) from a recognised University.
AGE LIMIT:
Maximum 50 years as on the date of Notification.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 20 years‘ post qualification experience in Executive level out of which at least 5 years
should be in a senior managerial position as the Chief of Operations in a major chemical process
industry with a minimum of 1000 employees.
SKILLS:
Should be well versed in operations, maintenance and safety functions and should be able to
give proper leadership to the technical team for achieving the production and completion of
other projects in time and make the Company competitive. Should be conversant with latest
technology in the chemical processing.
DESIRABLES:
Masters in Engineering or MBA
